Arrival and Departure:
- Check-in: Your room will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
Reception open: 0-24, 24/7
Upon request, we can store your luggage until check-in.

- Check-out: Please vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of your departure.

About NTAK data reporting:
Please be advised that due to legal requirements, upon arrival we must record all guests’ identification documents (ID card, passport, or driver’s license) using a document scanner into the National Guest Traffic Information Center (NTAK) system.
Please have your valid photo ID ready to speed up the check-in process.
